Genesis Architects was invited to conceptualise the new regional headquarter for New Life Community Services, a non-profit voluntary welfare organization serving the local community.

The Brief calls for a people-centric approach where within the new premise, New Life staff are able to work together in a collaborative manner; and beneficiaries as well as members of public are also given the opportunity to gather and be a part of a growing support community and participate in mentoring through activities/ programs.

The ‘public’ element of the premise is designed with flexibility in mind to cater to a myriad of alternative uses; and is positioned next to a shared open space so activities can overflow outwards and lends to a welcoming/ inviting vibe.
